These did not compact with anything to keep them cold so they arrived very melted. I decided to eat one before I put them in the refrigerator and they were a lot stronger than I thought they would be. I definitely wouldn't order them again, just not to my taste.

Well made with a great balance of chocolate sweetness and rum flavour. Highly recommend.

Average. Packaging was terrible. Wrapped in bubble wrap and put in a plastic container. The container popped open during shipping, and the chocolate was melted.

Shipping packaging was great, although it was warm in our area and they had melted some, but without any cold packs that's going to happen. It was a bit odd to see bubble wrap within the food container and there are no markings on it to show that it's food safe? The rum balls themselves were just okay.
