Each order is baked handmade from scratch & packaged with care by one of our bakers, with thoroughly tested packaging. We personally review all orders - we double check for possible shipping issues, climate & rare carrier delays, shipping address validation & completion, or maybe you started to type your gift message but were distracted and forgot to finish it...  Don't be surprised if your baker personally picks up the phone and calls you.
