Please Note: Apricot and other fruit jams bake flat in comparison to the walnut flavors, and the filling runs out of the top, sides, bottom, and the roll can split. This is normal and does not affect the quality or taste in any way. Even with loss of filling, they still weigh 24 oz as intended.

Apricot Roll

Growing up we always had Kolachi as a treat. My favorite was most certainly the NUT! As I've aged and tastes change I have to say the Apricot Roll is second to none! I pay it freeze in pieces and I think it's better out of the freezer than initially. If your a kid of the 50's or 60's this wasn't one of the top contenders. Give it a try ..I think it might convert you to loving another flavor.

Tradition vs. Yummy Convenience

Raised in a traditional "Slovak" family, rolls like apricot, nut and poppyseed were homemade each Christmas. One of my cousins and I keep up this tradition by spending a day in my kitchen preparing for the Holiday. HOWEVER, ordering this apricot roll from Butter Maid is my go to for any other time of the year when I want to serve up some deliciousness to my guests and save me the work! I also love their Kolachi - any flavor.

Apricot Lovers Delight

Loving the Reduced Sugar Nut Roll, we decided to try the Apricot Roll since we enjoy fresh apricots. So yummy! Not too sweet and the best flavor! We can enjoy that fresh flavor all year.
