The best rainbow cookie

I tried these and fell in love. They are delicious and moist & fresh. I keep in the freezer for when company stops over or when I need a treat I take 1 or 2 out.

I did not know what to expect with how it would taste since I had never tasted anything like it. It was wonderful!! I was quick to share it with my family and everyone agreed. Some say it reminded them of Neapolitan ice cream. It is definitely something I would get again.
