Perfection

I love Italian Rainbow Cookies. They are a special treat that I don't get very often and they're usually disappointing. These were absolutely perfect. The texture of the cake, the thin layer of jam and the perfect coating of chocolate. I don't think I've had a better one anywhere, ever. Thank you for living up to expectations and providing me a sweet little gift to myself!

These were absolutely DELICIOUS!!! Enjoyed them, no sharing. Will definitely order again in the future. My only concern was with the ordering process. It’s a bit confusing when you hit “ Pay Now” it automatically doubles the order. I only wanted 1 box not 2. I was quickly issued a refund for the second box. Otherwise the cake bites were delicious!!!!

Despite the UPS delivery guy not being able to read a box clearly labeled “HELP, THIS BOX IS UPSIDE DOWN!” they’re delicious, just like I remember my mom making ❤️
