As good as....

I grew up in the Slavic community of Pittsburgh. Kolachi was made at Easter by the women in the churches using Old World recipes and skills passes down for generations. They would hate Buttermaid, because you make it as good (if not better) as they did.
It's a taste and texture that takes me to my childhood.

Like my mom used to make, delicious!

Years ago, my mom used to make Kolachi (always just called it "nut bread") and I have dearly missed the flavor. This Kolachi tastes nearly exactly like hers and brings back many memories. A delicious, high quality product, well packaged, with fast shipping. Excellent!

The great original Kolachi that is a little better for you!

Have had most of the Butter Maid Kolachi's, their all good and this one is a little better for you and tastes as good as the original walnut.
