We live in Virginia and you cannot find kolachi here. So for my dad’s birthday I bought him the sampler of kolachi. He loved it. When we lived in Ohio we visited your store often. Happy to say it made his day to get the delivery. It was fresh and delicious and the quantity was perfect.

New product idea

Please consider offering slices of the kolachi rolls, individually wrapped. Maybe just a couple at a time. Why? Because there’s only the two of us now, one totally insulin-dependent, so we have to watch our sugar intake. And the worst thing you can do to any food is to refreeze it. I’d buy a box of a 4-6 slices from each roll you make, such as the sampler that you offer already, if I could defrost just a couple of slices at a time.
