Very disappointed. First-time buying from Butter Maid.

The Butter Maid delivery box (pink) arrived crushed.

One interior plastic container was crushed and cracked open. The cookies inside the plastic container were crushed and mostly in crumbs. I fear that contamination likely occurred during transit. Crumbs were in the delivery box (pink).

The second Kolachi box, inside the delivery box (pink), was also crushed. The vacuum-sealed Kolachi was smooshed! It may have some type of contamination (discoloration is observed inside the vacuum-sealed wrap) although this is uncertain as I have not unsealed the vacuum-seal wrap as of this writing.

Very moist and tasty. Love them. My grandmother, of polish descent, would make these for the Christmas holidays. When she passed no one could make them quite like her. I grew up in Cleveland and lo and behold one day while shopping at Giant Eagle I saw something similar. It was made by a local bakery and called something that started with a "P". Now I'm in Tennessee and saw you on QVC. That was my first order and have been ordering ever since. Funny story, I live in the mountains, bear country, and had to get a larger mailbox because the box would not fit inside and the mailman would set it on top. Well bears have very good noses and all that was left of that order was a torn box. LOL

Can't get enough of this. Looking forward to trying all the flavors.
