This roll was sweet enough but very dry. It would not slice; fell apart. Will not order again

The reduced sugar walnut Kolachi roll is so on point.This is my go to for a healthy dessert.Nothing artificial.Quality ingredients.Tastes like the ones we had growing up in Steelton,Pa..Lots of filling! Delicious

So disappointed in this company over this one

I can't give this any star ratings because when I opened the box, the roll was all mold. ( It wouldn't accept the review without stars.)
We ordered 3 rolls at the same time and the other two were fine ( See my review for the pecan kolachi.)
I called the company multiple times and left two messages. I never heard a word back.
We have ordered a number of times from Butter Maid and have sent the rolls as gifts. We have always been delighted.
I am really disappointed. I actually still kept the roll on case the company wanted to see it.... unopened.... still sealed.
I did not attach a picture because I felt it might really hurt this great family business.
I hate writing this but I am frustrated and don't know how else to have someone answer me.

Love it! Just like my Slovenian grandmother’s potica! So happy my sister discovered Butter Maid Bakery for all the baked goods we grew up with! All the varieties are delicious and I like that there’s a lower sugar option to rotate with other flavors that are too good to pass up.
