The Raspberry Jam Kolachi Roll is fantastic. The filling is a flavorful raspberry jam wrapped in a soft buttery dough; the family compared it to a raspberry turnover but without the flakey croissant. The roll arrived boxed in a sealed plastic bag so you can either freeze it or open and enjoy immediately. We had it for breakfast, as a snack during the day and even as a dessert after dinner. Cut into 3/4-inch slices and warmed in the microwave it's delicious.

This was a gift to my cousin and he told me it was so-o delicious. He said he ate it all in two days. This was a great Christmas gift. I highly recommend it. Also the apricot was perfect too.
