Aa mistake was made on a recent order, and your people will not acknowledge it. I'm about finished with trying to get them to understand the mistake as I've corresponded with them several times. i've now given up trying to get them to understand. Here's the issue. I ordered a box of the apricot cookies for my sister that lives in Maumee, Ohio. I, also, ordered two boxes of cookies for me, as well. That's three boxes of cookies. My sister didn't get hers when I thought that she should, and I called. It was not someone in Youngstown that took the call. Soon after, my sister received three boxes of cookies. I received the two that I ordered. Your people refuse to refund money to me. It was THEIR mistake. Now, they said that they would give me back $23.20. I said that we would return the cookies as my sister is 83 years old and a widow. No way would I have ordered three boxes of the cookies for her. I, now, live in Savannah ,Georgia, but lived in Y/town 40 years. I also built the garden center in Mill Creek Park, although that fact is not important to my issue. This is the breakdown of charges. 6/26 $23.20, 6/26 $35.51; 7/9 $23.20, $35.51, $39.98. These individual charges were all for the apricot cookies.....5 boxes....I ordered 3! Your person with whom I've been discussing this issue, insists it is my error. How in the world could that be? I did call when my sister didn't get her cookies...the person with whom I spoke was not in Youngstown. I believe that this is how the error occurred, but I'm not certain. No one, at your Youngstown facility, gets the issue and I've given up. I am more than disappointed in their lack of understanding this error. Finally, they said that they would refund the $23.30. Why the smallest amount? I've purchased your products for a long time.....and I don't understand your treatment. Marilyn Sheridan, [****].
