Clothes pin cookies

The cream is a little sweeter than mom use to make but dough just as flaky.
They really need to be shipped on ice though. Mine arrived at the door , with the cream inside, melted and dough soft feeling. I did immediately refrigerate them , and to my surprise , they were great after refrigerated !
Four stars only due to not shipped with an ice pack. Other than that , 5 stars plus!

The cookies were good but would have been better if shipped with dry ice or cooler weather.
