I am a 1st time buyer. I was Thrilled when I saw the sales add Flyer in my USPS mail box enclosed in the weekly sales Ads! The weather was going to be chilly for the next 5 days, so I ordered the Rainbow Cake Bites, Peanut Butter Buckeyes, and Cranberry Walnut Kolachi Loaf/Bar/Lucious Treat.
The Rainbow cakes were/are Exquisite!! Rich yet Perfectly Balanced - Made from a Master Baker that could bake cakes Blindfolded. She/He is a Force to be reconned with...the skill level that has Won Many Blue Ribbon Awards, I'm sure! That's the quality we're talking about ...
I am very finicky when it comes to food. I know Quality, Skill, and Mastery, when I See, Taste, and Experience it. The Finer and Authentic items life brings to us are Rare and Elusive on the Internet. This Bakery is the Real Deal, With Love to the Naumoff Family, Yay Youngstown, Yay OH, and Triple Yay to the Naumoff's!!!
When this bakery says the items shipped are handled with Care and Love, this is an Understatement...The cakes and buckeyes were packaged with such gentleness and thoroughness they didn't even move within the Sealed containers, during shipping because of the bubbles and padding in the shipping box. These folks Really Know what they're doing!
The Buckeyes were shipped perfectly also, as I mentioned above. What a sweet treat that is Rich and Satisfying. They don't taste like they are from a bakery. They taste just like my sister used to make--Home Made. They could put Daffins and Philadelphia Candies out of business with these confections. No store bought chains can Compare/Compete like Ghirardelli, Godiva, Lindt, Hershey's and Nestle.
The Cranberry Walnut Kolachi Has/Had Plenty of Filling. The Kolachi is the Crowning Star of this Bakery! It is baked to Perfection, just like my mom's with an Unbeatable Crust and filling that has a Balanced sweetness that is delectable! The filling choices are numerous and can satisfy Picky Palate's as well. The packaging is also Top Notch. The loaf is in a Thick/Heavy Weight/Plastic bag, then in a box that has the type of Kolachi inside. Well thought out, and keeps it fresh while protecting the Kolachi, the Best Way Possible.
The Customer Service of the team is quite frankly Outstanding, Stars 6+. They don't pressure you to buy; tracking updates for shipping are accurate and at the times you need them. The staff enclose a card that is Hand Signed by the order packer! These are the kind of things Customer Service Dreams are made of! What a Beautiful touch!!
