Brings back memories!

My fav are the Apricot Kolachi Cookies. Brings back a lot of memories. I'm half Hungarian and Slovak. My mom would bake multiple nut and poppy seed rolls, apricot, Lekvar (prune) and nut Kolachi Cookies for the family. These are the closest to hers that I've ever had. The dough is so light and fresh, soft yet a bit crispy. Keep em' coming. P.S. Make some of the Kolachi cookies with the Lekvar, and you'll have me forever!!
