Raspberry Jam Kolachi

I have been ordering this version of kolachi from Butter Maid bakery for several years. It is a lot of things, but the most important things are: delicious, easy to freeze, consistent in quality, and unbelievably raspberryish. If you love a good kolachi and your taste meter ramps up with the taste of raspberries, then don’t hesitate to order this package of heaven. AND no, I am not making this up.

My taste buds are still tingling!

I love desserts! The Raspberry and Apple and Cinnamon Kolachi each rank at the top of my list. They keep exceptionally well and a quick visit to the microwave releases so much great flavor. I keep reordering because I don't want to run out!

Raspberry season is very short and Buttermaid Bakery really maximizes it in this kolachi. It is pleasing to the tastebuds!

Not too sweet.

I really enjoyed the roll. I love raspberries but hate the seeds. In this roll I didn't mind them at all. Grandma would have loved this. She taught me to make Kolachi when I was little. These remind me of her and making them in her kitchen, the smells come back with every roll.

Thank you for making them the old way!
